When you’re searching for a new home, keeping track of the properties you’ve shown interest in is essential. Your dashboard makes this easy by gathering everything into one organised space. The “Properties I’m Interested In” section of your dashboard is designed to do exactly that. If you have sent an enquiry, requested a viewing, or made an offer on a property, they will be shown here. It keeps track of the properties you’re interested in and gives you access to see offers or viewings you have put through the system.
Here’s a straightforward breakdown of what you’ll see as a buyer.
On the left side of your dashboard, you’ll see a list of the properties you’ve interacted with. These appear automatically whenever you view a listing, send an enquiry, place an offer, or request a viewing.
When you select a property from the list, you’ll be taken to a page showing a quick snapshot of the home:
This gives you a convenient overview without needing to navigate away from your dashboard.
The Offers tab is where buyers can see the offers they have placed on that property, along with the status of each offer. It gives you a clear record of your own offer activity so you can stay informed without needing to follow up manually.
If you haven’t placed any offers yet, this area will simply display a message such as:
“There are currently no offers for this property…”
