To ensure there are no interruptions to your property's marketing, your Rightmove subscription will automatically renew each month from the date your property goes live on the market.
This will be at a cost of £25 PCM.
This automatic subscription can be cancelled at any time by logging into your account, clicking 'Properties I'm Selling', 'Manage Property' then under 'Actions', click 'Maintain Your Subscriptions (In Stripe)'.
Your Rightmove subscription will be cancelled automatically upon marking your property as Sold Subject to Contract, and by suspending or withdrawing your property.
Should you wish to pay for one month at a time, on a 'Pay As You Go' basis, you will need to pay for a month listing on Rightmove first. This will automatically renew your Rightmove subscription. After completing this, log into your account and cancel the subscription using the above steps. This will need to be completed after each month's payment.
If you cancel your Rightmove subscription, it can be renewed at any time up until the advert expiry date. After this, you will have to pay for a month on Rightmove, which will then renew the subscription.
If you purchase a Premium Listing and afterwards cancel your Rightmove subscription, then choose not to renew before your listing leaves Rightmove, you will lose your Premium Listing. You will need to purchase a second premium listing if you wish to reinstate it.
Please note that we can only offer refunds if you cancel the subscription before your next Rightmove payment. If you want to stop advertising on Rightmove, please ensure your subscription is cancelled before the payment date.

If a prospective buyer decides they would like to buy your property, they will make an offer. When you receive an offer, we'll notify you by text and email. You can view the details of the offer in your messages. In the message, you'll see the amount offered and any conditions of the offer e.g. with furniture. Here is where you can accept or decline the offer.
This is where all communication with prospective buyers will take place. You'll be notified via text and email when you receive a message. You can receive three different types of messages: general enquiries, viewing requests, and offers. The following sections will delve into each in more detail.
