Why did we redesign the Emoov dashboard?

At Emoov, we’re always listening to our customers. You told us you wanted:

  • Simpler navigation to find what you need faster
  • A cleaner, less cluttered layout
  • Smarter tools to manage properties and messages more easily

So, we rebuilt the dashboard from the ground up to give you a smoother experience every time you log in.

What’s new in the Emoov dashboard?

The first thing you'll notice is the clean new design and left-hand navigation menu, making it simple to move between key sections including:

  • I Am Selling
  • I Am Letting
  • Properties I’m Interested In
  • Messages
  • My Account

Your dashboard homepage now gives you a clearer overview of your activity, including unread messages, upcoming viewings and useful shortcuts to services such as mortgages and conveyancing.

It’s a layout built for speed and simplicity – so you can do more in less time.

Improved Property Management Tools

Under “I Am Selling”, you’ll now find all your properties displayed clearly with four main tabs:

  • Manage – Edit your listing details, upload images, preview how it appears on portals and upgrade your package for added exposure.
  • Viewing Availability – Control when potential buyers can book viewings by blocking out unavailable dates.
  • Completion Management – Track your property’s journey after an offer is accepted. From buyer checks to issuing the memorandum of sale, everything is ticked off step by step – with updates at every stage. Full completion management is included in packages Emoov Extra and Emoov Later, and can be added to Emoov Essential anytime.
  • Reports – Gain weekly insight into how your property is performing on major portals such as Rightmove, Zoopla and OnTheMarket, including views and engagement statistics.

Properties I’m Interested In

This section is dedicated to properties you’ve bookmarked or engaged with, helping you keep track of:

  • Upcoming viewings
  • Properties you've viewed
  • Offers you've made
  • Homes you're monitoring

All in one convenient space.

Upgraded Messaging Experience

Our improved messaging system allows for real-time communication directly within your dashboard. You can switch between conversations easily and always stay informed with highlighted unread messages.

This ensures faster responses, smoother conversations and better organisation throughout your property journey.
