We’ve been busy behind the scenes designing a brand-new dashboard to make navigating Emoov smoother, faster, and more enjoyable. With a cleaner layout and powerful new features, managing your property journey has never been easier.

Here’s what’s new for July 2025 – and why we think you’ll love it.

Why We Redesigned the Dashboard

At Emoov, we’re always listening to our customers. You told us you wanted:

  • Simpler navigation to find what you need faster
  • A cleaner, less cluttered layout
  • Smarter tools to manage properties and messages more easily

So, we rebuilt the dashboard from the ground up to give you a smoother experience every time you log in.

A Fresh, Cleaner Layout

The first thing you’ll notice is our redesigned dashboard.

  • On the left-hand side, the all-new Dashboard Menu puts everything at your fingertips – whether you’re:
    • Selling or letting a property
    • Browsing homes you’re interested in
    • Or checking your messages
  • The central panel gives you quick access to:
    • Unread messages
    • Viewings waiting for action
    • Handy shortcuts to start selling or letting, get mortgage advice, or request conveyancing quotes

It’s a layout built for speed and simplicity – so you can do more in less time.

Properties I’m Selling/Letting – Manage Like a Pro

All your active listings now live in the Dashboard Menu, under “I am Selling”.

Each property comes with four sections:

1. Manage

Edit your listing details, update photos, or preview how your property looks on Emoov. Need extra services like premium listings or a “For Sale” board? You can add them anytime here.

2. Viewing Availability

Going away or need a break? Easily block out dates when you’re unavailable for viewings. Just select your preferred times, and potential buyers won’t see those slots.

3. Completion Management

Track your property’s journey after an offer is accepted. From buyer checks to issuing the memorandum of sale, everything is ticked off step by step – with updates at every stage. Full completion management is included in packages Emoov Extra and Emoov Later, and can be added to Emoov Essential anytime.

4. Reports

See how your listing is performing across Rightmove, Zoopla, and OnTheMarket. Weekly updated stats show you:

  • Summary Views: How often your property shows up in searches
  • Detailed Views: How many people click on your listing

Check in often to stay on top of your property’s progress!

Properties I’m Interested In – Keep Track with Ease

See all the homes you’ve booked viewings for or made offers on. View upcoming appointments, past visits, and check the status of any offers – all in one place.

Messages – Smarter, Faster Conversations

Our messaging system just got a major upgrade:

  • Chat live in real-time without refreshing the page
  • See all your conversations neatly grouped in one place
  • Easily switch between messages for different properties in the Dashboard Menu, and between message threads in the sidebar.
  • Unread messages are highlighted and stay front-and-centre on your homepage

If a prospective buyer decides they would like to buy your property, they will make an offer. When you receive an offer, we'll notify you by text and email. You can view the details of the offer in your messages. In the message, you'll see the amount offered and any conditions of the offer e.g. with furniture. Here is where you can accept or decline the offer.
