An update from Nick Neale, Director of Emoov
This page previously explained our decision to leave Rightmove from 1 November 2026. Since then, we have been able to reopen negotiations with Rightmove, and I'm pleased to say we have reached a new agreement. Emoov will continue to advertise properties on Rightmove, alongside Zoopla, OnTheMarket and the Emoov website.
What this means for existing vendors and landlords
All Rightmove advertising already purchased will be honoured in full, whether that is a monthly subscription, a renewal, or a 3-month or 6-month package. Monthly subscriptions will continue to renew as normal, and listings will stay on Rightmove for as long as their advertising runs. As the service is continuing as planned, the refunds described in our earlier update no longer apply.
If you cancelled your Rightmove subscription following our announcement, please get in touch and we will reinstate it at your original price.
Pricing
Our new website launches within the next two weeks, and our prices will increase at the same time to reflect the cost of keeping Rightmove. New monthly Rightmove subscriptions will be £85 per month. Existing subscriptions stay at £50 per month for as long as they are kept running, including where a package's included Rightmove period has not yet finished. Anyone who signs up before the new website launches will pay our current prices.
An apology
I appreciate that the last few weeks have caused uncertainty, and I'm sorry for the stress and inconvenience this back and forth has caused. Everything we did, both before and after our announcement, was aimed at keeping the best possible offering and service for our customers at a fair price. Thank you to everyone who shared their views with us. Your feedback made a real difference.
We are pleased to be continuing our relationship with Rightmove, which has been part of how we market homes for more than twenty years.
