Full property management with traditional letting agencies will usually cost the landlord anything from 10% to 20% of the rent. Our specialist property management service is available for a mere 6.5% of the total rent, saving you money whilst providing a superior level of service.

A: Paying the fee could not be simpler. When we collect the rent, our fee will be deducted automatically before transferring the remaining balance to you.

A: If emergency repairs are required, Emoov will locate reliable tradespeople who can carry out the necessary work. Payment for this will be taken from the rental income up to a value of £150.

A: If you have instructed us to manage your property, your tenant will communicate directly with us, taking all the stress out of managing a rental property.

A: In most cases, the landlord does. Unless the tenant was negligent or has caused damage, property maintenance will be undertaken by the landlord.
