How To Manage Your Viewings

 Arrange and Manage Viewings

Managing viewings through Emoov is simple. This guide shows you how to arrange appointments, respond to tenant enquiries, update availability, and keep track of confirmed viewings — all from your dashboard.

How do you access your viewings section?

When a tenant requests a viewing, you’ll receive an email and text notification. You can also see all requested and upcoming viewings in your main Dashboard, under ‘Your viewings at a glance’.

This gives you a clear overview of which properties have viewings booked, along with the latest status for each one.

If you want to see full details or reply to a tenant, just click 'View' to go through to your Messages section.

How do you manage viewing requests?

All viewing requests come directly into your Lettings Messages. From here, you can view each request, check the proposed time and date, and see the tenant’s message or contact details if they’ve been shared.

Each message thread shows:

  • The property the request relates to
  • The tenant’s name and message
  • The requested time and date for the viewing

Accept, Rearrange, or Cancel a Viewing

Once you’ve reviewed the request, you can choose one of three options:

  • Accept – Confirm the time if it works for you. Emoov automatically sends a message to the tenant confirming the viewing details.
  • Rearrange – If the time doesn’t suit, click ‘Rearrange’ and suggest a new date or time. Emoov will send the tenant an updated message with the new details.
  • Cancel – If you can’t accommodate the request, click ‘Cancel’. Emoov will notify the tenant that the appointment won’t be going ahead.

Every action is tracked in your Messages, so you’ll always have a clear record of what’s been arranged or updated.

How do you update your availability?

If you know you’ll be away or unavailable for a certain period, you can mark that time as unavailable. This ensures tenants can’t book viewings during those dates, helping to avoid confusion or missed appointments.

You can do this by clicking on ‘Viewing Availability’ underneath your property on the left-hand side of your Dashboard.

How can you track confirmed and upcoming viewings?

You can manage all your viewing requests in one place, across multiple properties. Emoov keeps everything neatly organised — whether it’s a new request, a rearrangement, or a completed viewing.

Your Dashboard gives a quick overview, while Messages lets you handle the details.

What happens after the viewing?

Once a viewing has taken place, you can message the tenant directly from your Emoov account to follow up or discuss next steps.

Final Tip

Responding quickly to viewing requests helps secure reliable tenants faster. Check your Dashboard regularly to stay on top of new enquiries.

Managing viewings with Emoov is simple, transparent, and built to fit around your schedule — so you can find the right tenant with ease.
