Use our simple six step process to easily upload your property.

1. Main Details

Start by entering the basic details of your property, like the address, price PCM, deposit amount and date available. Always remember to save and continue after each step

2. Property Details

Complete your tenant preferences, add your photos, key features and create your description. The details will be shown on the main property portals.

3. Add-Ons

if you need any additional services such as tenant referencing or a tenancy agreement you can select them here.

4. Preview

This is how your listing will look on our site once it is live. Read through your listing and check the photos to make sure you are happy to proceed.

5. Your Details

We need a copy of your ID and proof of address, we recommend a drivers license, to enable us to complete our checks and verification. This information is not shared and is kept secure within our site.

6. Go Live!

You are ready to go! Once you have checked out, your listing will be live within 30 minutes.
