In August 2024, Griffin Property Co took a bold step forward: we rebranded as Emoov. A year later, we’re proud to reflect on what has been an incredible 12 months of growth, change, and above all, a renewed commitment to the people we serve.

Our story begins with Nick Neale, the father and founder of Griffin. With 25 years of experience in the estate agency market, Nick laid the foundations of a company built on trust, transparency, and service.
Over the years, the business has grown—but always stayed true to its family roots. Today, Nick is joined by his children, making Emoov a genuine family affair:
- Jacob – part of the onboarding and marketing team, ensuring every client starts their journey with confidence.
- Jessica – leading the customer service team, she also manages buyer verification and issues memorandums of sale, keeping transactions seamless.
- Sophie – overseeing property management administration and sales progression, she ensures landlords, tenants, and buyers are supported at every stage.
With Nick’s experience guiding the vision and his children driving the day-to-day operations, Emoov is more than just a business. It’s a family working together for families across the UK.
