The national online estate agency Emoov received the Silver award in the ‘Best Online Estate Agent in the UK’ category at the prestigious ESTAS Customer Service Awards 2024. The winners were announced at a ceremony in London in front of 1,000 of the UK’s top property professionals.
The Emoov of today has been on quite the journey. Beginning as a high street agent in the early 2000’s. Known back then as Griffin Residential, they slowly transitioned online after Director Nick Neale saw an opportunity to continue providing the excellent service Griffin was known for, at an even lower cost.
Navigating the online estate agency industry was no small task. With large companies backed by millions in venture capital investment leading the way. Instead of focusing on marketshare and being an ‘industry disruptor’ Nick focused his efforts on building a smooth and efficient website to serve their loyal customers, and rebranded as Griffin Property Co.
While many of the industry leaders pushed for growth, and others fell into administration in that pursuit, Griffin continued to build their website and service, pushing the boundaries of what a small, independent online agent could be.
After creating a new team with a passion for the industry and a coinciding vision for the future, they continued to improve their product, customer service, and saved clients hundreds of thousands in fees over the past two years. Griffin took all the knowledge and experience gained and rebranded as Emoov in August 2024.
Emoov continues to provide a low-cost alternative to the high street agent, giving every client all they need to sell or let their property. As we move into 2025, Emoov has no plans of slowing down. With the goal of refining their current service and moving into the commercial sector, Emoov continues to push the boundary of what a small, independent online agent can be.
