In August 2024, Griffin Property Co took a bold step forward: we rebranded as Emoov. A year later, we’re proud to reflect on what has been an incredible 12 months of growth, change, and above all, a renewed commitment to the people we serve.

The Griffin Legacy: A True Family Business

Our story begins with Nick Neale, the father and founder of Griffin. With 25 years of experience in the estate agency market, Nick laid the foundations of a company built on trust, transparency, and service.

Over the years, the business has grown—but always stayed true to its family roots. Today, Nick is joined by his children, making Emoov a genuine family affair:

• Jacob – part of the onboarding and marketing team, ensuring every client starts their journey with confidence.
• Jessica – leading the customer service team, she also manages buyer verification and issues memorandums of sale, keeping transactions seamless.
• Sophie – overseeing property management administration and sales progression, she ensures landlords, tenants, and buyers are supported at every stage.

With Nick’s experience guiding the vision and his children driving the day-to-day operations, Emoov is more than just a business. It’s a family working together for families across the UK.
